An administrator must perform the below configurations after the setup is successfully installed :

Adding Attributes

An administrator must add the below attributes to the 'Aptify Shell' config file and upload the config file in the Aptify ORO after the setup is installed.

  • Add the below code under <appSettings> tag:

    <add key="RetryHttpStatusCodes" value=""/>
  • Add the below code under <configuration> tag:

    <runtime>
    <assemblyBinding xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
    <dependentAssembly>
    <assemblyIdentity name="Newtonsoft.Json" publicKeyToken="30ad4fe6b2a6aeed" culture="neutral" />
    <bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-10.0.0.0" newVersion="11.0.0.0" />
    </dependentAssembly>
    </assemblyBinding>
    </runtime>

Setting Start and End Dates

An Administrator must define the Start and End Dates in the Input Properties of the Career Leads Retrieval process flow to run a task automatically for importing the leads from YM careers into Aptify Opportunities entity. The Career Lead Import Process Flow can also be executed manually in case of some exceptions like, Scheduled Task failed to run or requirement to run the scheduled task for a particular day. For more information on process flows, see Adding New Process Flows.

Updating Career Lead Integration Configurations

An administrator can update the client configuration parameters if the YM Career Lead provides new parameters for an association in the future. For more information, see Career Lead Integration Configurations.

    Unknown User (swapnil.doshi)Venkatesh Aucharla, can we expand the instructions here? Can they run the process flow directly? It probably will be the "Career Leads Import" PF. Once they have run this to catch up on the import process, they can then schedule it to run daily? Can they run the PF on an adhoc basis in case the scheduled task fails for some reason or is disabled temporarily? I assume yes but just wanted to give some ideas on expanding the instructions. If it is already covered elsewhere, we should put in a link to that page for handy reference.

    1. Sapna Bhat, Updated the details accordingly.

  2. Venkatesh Aucharla, the image is broken here. Seems like something has happened that caused it.

    Also, I cannot find the instruction on the duplicate logic used during the import process to identify if the records being imported already exists or there could be a potential duplicate and the record is then marked for review.

    1. Venkatesh Aucharla, Nevermind about the instruction. Found it on Working with Scheduled Tasks page.
